1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Nano Banana Pro ("the Service"), operated by Paradigm Group B.V., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Nano Banana Pro is an AI image generation platform that provides a user interface for Google's Gemini API. The Service allows users to generate, edit, and manage AI-created images using text prompts and customizable system prompts ("Gems").

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• Account access is subject to administrator approval.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must notify your team administrator of any unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Generate content that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to bypass safety filters or content policies.
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized individuals.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Exceed your team's allocated usage budget intentionally.

5. Generated Content

• Images generated through the Service are created by Google's Gemini AI models.
• Content ownership and usage rights are subject to Google's Gemini API terms of service.
• You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated content complies with applicable laws.
• The Service does not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or appropriateness of generated content.

6. Usage and Costs

Image generation incurs costs based on the AI model used and image resolution. Teams may set monthly budgets. Users are expected to use the Service responsibly within their allocated budgets. Administrators may restrict access if usage limits are exceeded.

7. Team Management

Access to the Service is managed through teams. Team administrators and moderators may manage membership, set budgets, and enforce usage policies. Your access may be modified or revoked by your team's administrators.

8. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon deletion, all associated data including conversations, images, and settings will be permanently removed.

9. Disclaimers

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
• AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies or artifacts.
• Third-party service availability (Google Gemini, Supabase) is outside our control.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Paradigm Group B.V. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, where Paradigm Group B.V. is registered.
