• Google Gemini API: Processes your text prompts and images for AI generation. Subject to Google's privacy policy.
• Supabase: Provides authentication, database, and file storage. Data is stored in secure cloud infrastructure.
• Microsoft Azure: Hosts the application. Subject to Microsoft's data processing terms.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. Generated images are stored in Supabase Storage. We implement security headers, input validation, and access controls to protect your information. API keys are encrypted at rest using Supabase Vault.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time through the Settings page, which permanently removes all your data including conversations, generated images, gems, and usage records. Upon account deletion, data is removed from our systems.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data through the app.
• Delete your account and all associated data.
• Export your generated images from the library.
• Update your profile information in Settings.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes through the application.
